First of all, let me make it clear that it can, but this "big" has a prerequisite. It is impossible to achieve a sudden increase across several cup sizes, and the effect will vary greatly based on individual factors.
I have a sister who has been training with me for almost a year. She was originally 70A, and her body fat is around 21% all year round. She used to fit two fingers into the empty cup of a sports bra. Later, she followed the coach and trained her upper body twice a week, leaving 20 minutes each time for her chest. Regular movements such as dumbbell bench press and rope chest clamping did not deliberately increase fat. The body fat has basically not changed. Now I have to choose 70B to wear ordinary underwear. The breast shape is much firmer than before. The original problem of a little outward expansion has been improved. Visually, it looks fuller than before.
Of course, some people will definitely refute, saying that their breasts have become smaller after practicing. This is not an illusion. A student I taught a while ago was like this. In order to catch up with the wedding, she wore a wedding dress to lose fat. She did 1 hour of aerobics and 1 hour of strength every day. She also controlled her diet very strictly. In two months, her body fat dropped from 24% to 19%, and her breasts shrunk from a C cup to a B cup. As soon as she started At first she blamed me for adding breast training content to her, but later I realized that about 90% of the breasts are fat and mammary glands. When you apply fat all over the body, the fat on the breasts will definitely fall off. Breast training really doesn’t take the blame. If she hadn’t done any breast training at that time, her breasts would not only shrink, but they might also collapse even more without the support of the pectoral muscles.
In fact, our breasts are like bean paste buns placed on the chopping board. The fat and mammary glands are the bean paste filling inside, and the breast muscles are the chopping board supported underneath. If you make the chopping board thicker, the entire bean paste bun will naturally be pushed up higher and rounder. Even if the weight of the filling does not change, it will appear larger and fuller visually.; But if you remove half of the bean paste filling in order to lose weight, no matter how thick the chopping board is, the whole bun will not be bigger than when it was full of filling.
If you have very low body fat and not much breast tissue, and you still want to rely on breast training to get from A to D, then it is really better to consider medical aesthetics directly. The size increase that breast training can bring is mostly a "visual increase" from half a cup to a cup size, and it is more about improving breast shape problems such as sagging and outward expansion, making the entire breasts look tighter and upright, and looks better in T-shirts and dresses. There is really no need to have so much prejudice against girls training for breasts. They will neither lose their breasts nor develop hard male breasts. After all, girls’ testosterone levels are only one-twentieth of boys. It is really not that easy to build big chest muscles. Finding the right way to practice will only make your breasts look better and better.
