According to your own constitution, if you have a weak spleen and stomach, eat less raw and cold foods, and if you have high uric acid, eat less high-purine foods. You don’t have to embarrass yourself in front of the colorful table. You can’t even throw away delicacies that have been eaten for hundreds of years, such as tofu with green onions and crab with rice wine, just for the sake of an invisible statement, right?
